Milled and framed fronts in natural veneer
Milled fronts are very advanced furniture fronts in which the desired pattern and unique spatial form are obtained through multi-stage surface treatment of the base board using precise CNC milling technology. This technological solution allows obtaining both very subtle details and strongly three-dimensional, highly decorative forms, while maintaining absolute repeatability and machine precision of workmanship (which is crucial for carpentry companies).
All milled fronts are custom-made by us and refined with natural veneer. This process allows for full preservation of a harmonious, consistent wood grain pattern within the entire wall or furniture built-in. A rigorously controlled production process and the use of selected glues ensure long-term durability, prestigious aesthetics, and the highest resistance to everyday use.
Milled fronts from MDF board
Classic milled fronts in the board are made of a strong, uniform base material (usually hard MDF), in which the target pattern is carved through meticulous CNC milling. Depending on the individual architectural design, they can take the form of delicate edge mills of the “soap” type, fashionable, deep fluting, or extremely complex geometric divisions. This solution works perfectly in modern and minimalist premium arrangements, where elegance of form combined with intriguing, three-dimensional detail is essential.
Framed fronts (Paneled)
Framed fronts (so-called paneled) are definitely the most classic and prestigious solution with a structure consisting of a strong perimeter frame and a milled filling (panel). This type of coffer construction ensures unparalleled dimensional stability and a characteristic, very elegant, often even palace-like appearance. Custom-made in our factory in natural veneer, framed fronts allow for a consistent aesthetic of real wood, while strongly emphasizing the depth of the entire front. It is a solution commonly used in classic kitchen and office furniture or in the extremely popular modern classic style.
Production of veneered door panels
Door panels are nothing more than veneered filling elements, used directly in framed fronts and in luxury furniture and interior doors (custom-made). They constitute a key structural and visual element, very strongly influencing the aesthetics, stiffness, and ultimate durability of the entire product.
Our panels are made on the basis of high-quality wood-based boards and rigorously manufactured to custom dimensions with an accuracy of fractions of a millimeter. This allows for their seamless integration into frames and preservation of total consistency in the form of continuous wood grain arrangement.
