Information clause for clients
Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we kindly inform you that:
1. Data Controller

2. Purposes and legal basis for personal data processing
Your personal data is processed by the Controller:
- for the purpose of concluding and performing a concluded contract in connection with the provision of services (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR),
- for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR),
- for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, such as establishing, investigating or defending against claims (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR),
- for marketing purposes of own services and products (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).
3. Retention period of personal data
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the goals indicated in point 2, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law.
4. Data recipients
In some situations, your personal data is transferred to other entities. Data recipients may be entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller (e.g. accounting offices, IT service providers, couriers) and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law (e.g. courts, law enforcement agencies).
5. Right of access to personal data
In relation to your data, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data.
6. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR.
7. Consequences of not providing personal data
Providing your personal data in connection with a concluded contract / provided services is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the contract. Refusal to provide data will prevent the conclusion and performance of the contract.
8. Transfer of data to a third country / international organization
The Controller does not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
9. Automated decision making, profiling
The Controller does not make decisions in an automated manner, nor does it subject personal data to profiling.
