Selection of natural veneer
Perfect production always starts with choosing the right natural veneer. Each leaf of veneer is rigorously selected in terms of wood pattern, grain, color and the quality of the surface itself. This verification allows us to obtain highly aesthetic, consistent and fully repeatable veneered elements for the production of luxury furniture.
Production of furniture formats (Pressing)
In the process of professional veneering, the natural veneer is combined with the base board (e.g. MDF board or chipboard). This takes place during the pressing cycle using specialized industrial adhesives in strictly controlled conditions (constant temperature and press pressure). This ensures an extremely durable, strong and dimensionally stable connection of materials that will withstand the rigorous process of further CNC machining and years of use.
Precise formatting and processing on CNC machines
Immediately after cooling, ready boards and formats are precisely cut to the dimensions required by the customer. Our modern machinery park (including powerful panel saws and advanced CNC machining centers) guarantees absolute cutting accuracy without the risk of chipping the veneer on the edges. This is of critical importance to carpenters in the serial production of ready-made furniture formats.
Readiness for quick assembly
Our ready-made veneered elements are, at the customer’s request, optimized for quick further processing and trouble-free final assembly. We give carpenters and manufacturers the ability to freely adjust dimensions, thickness of the base board, veneer layout (so-called book match or slip match) and many other key technical parameters.
Rigorous quality control
No quality compromises are the invariable showcase of the Lenwit Fornir factory. Each stage of production is subject to strict inspection – from visual assessment of the purchased veneer, through the pressing process, to the final checking of dimensional tolerances with a micrometer. Thanks to such a protocol, only boards and formats in natural veneer of the highest quality class (A and B) go to our clients.
