Pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR), this is to inform that:

Data Administrator

Purposes of personal data processing and processing legal basis

Your personal data are processed by the Administrator:

  1. to conclude and execute the agreement on products and services offered by the Administrator, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1b GDPR,
  2. to fulfil legal obligations including taxes applicable to the Administrator, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1c GDPR,
  3. for purposes arising from Administrator’s legitimate interest, i.e. in order to claim and defend against damages on account of the agreement, carry out tests and analyses to improve performance of available products and services pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1f GDPR,
  4. to market its own services and products provided the customer expresses its consent pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1a GDPR.

Personal data retention period

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to execute the agreement and for a statutory period taking into account limitation of actions arising from relations under the civil law. Personal data processed for marketing purposes of our own products and services will be processed until you revoke your consent.

Data recipients

In certain situations your personal data are transferred by the Administrator if necessary to execute the agreement. Data are provided only to individuals authorized by the Administrator, i.e. employees and associates as well as other entities contracted by the Administrator such as an accounting office, suppliers, couriers, IT service providers, law firms.

Right of access to personal data

As regards your data you are entitled to demand access to your data, to have them corrected or removed, limit their processing or object to personal data processing based on a legal basis involving Administrator’s legitimate interest, or to their transfer. When your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to revoke the consent, which does not affect lawfulness of processing prior to such revoking. The statement revoking the consent to personal data processing must be submitted in writing or electronically using the above contact details.

Right to file a complaint to the regulator

You are entitled to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you think processing of your personal data violates GDPR regulations.

Consequences of failure to provide personal data

It is voluntary for you to provide your personal data in connection with execution of the agreement. However, your failure to provide your data will prevent the Administrator from concluding the agreement or commencing its execution.

Transferring your data to a third state/international organization

The Administrator will not transfer your personal data to any non-EU states/international organizations.

Automated decision making, profiling

The Administrator will not make decisions automatically and your data will not be profiled.
